Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for website development, design, SEO, and SMO.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling website development, design, SEO, or SMO services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, IMS, etc.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
