Job & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for website development, design, SEO, and SMO.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling website development, design, SEO, or SMO services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, IMS, etc.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
