Job & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
● Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks while mentoring team members in automation techniques.
● Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations.
● Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand testing requirements and optimize QA processes for product teams.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing strategies and release management processes.
● Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
● Address conflicts or issues within the team promptly and effectively to maintain productivity and morale.
● Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on QA metrics, test results, and process improvements.

Required Capabilities-
● In-depth knowledge of platforms like Windows/Linux and extensive experience in Java/JavaScript.
● Experience of working on AWS or similar platforms.
● Strong knowledge of using Selenium or similar library for test automation, writing xpaths,creating frameworks, writing test scripts, test execution & reporting.
● In-depth knowledge of automating of products via APIs (SOAP and RESTful) and using commercial/open source tools (Rest Assured with Java, TestNG, Maven, Extent Reports or any industry-leading reporting solutions).Good experience in performance testing, unit testing, system, and integration testing.
● Strong experience in setting up automation frameworks to support Desktop testing.
● Good knowledge of Software Testing Life cycle and different testing techniques and applications.
● Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
● Strong problem-solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented setup and application.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

● Salesforce.com testing or testing of other SaaS (Software as a Service) applications.
