Job & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the on-site execution of all interior design elements for the hotel project, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of design concepts.

Supervise the installation of interior elements including furniture, fixtures, lightinng, flooring, wall finishes, and other design details.

Review design drawings and construction documents to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies during site execution.

Monitor quality control during the implementation phase, ensuring high standards are maintained for all interior finishes and furnishings.

Ensure that all materials used are in line with the approved specifications and designs.

Manage timelines and ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design, with specific experience in the execution of hotel projects.

Proven experience in managing large-scale hotel interior design projects from concept to execution.

In-depth knowledge of interior finishes, furniture, materials, lightining, and design trends specific to the hospitality industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.

Attention to detail with a focus on quality and design excellence.
