Our client develops and markets software that automates the testing of Salesforce.com. They help companies to reduce the time it takes to deliver high-quality, reliable, and error-free deployments and make changes to Salesforce.com. Their innovative suite of products set them apart as the leading testing solution for Salesforce.com. They focus on delivering test automation products that are easily adopted for use by non-technical users, whilst also delivering high value and code flexibility for our developer community. The position has following Job description:

What you’ll do:
● Demonstrating Best Practices and Implementation Guidance as a trusted Provar expert

● Working closely with CSMs and CSSs to support customer projects, at-risk recovery, and growth opportunities

● Help customers build their Automation Framework, testing strategy and CI implementation

● Building rapport with customers as a trusted advisor and partner to their Provar project by solving technical queries skillfully and educationally

● Create and contribute to knowledge base materials dedicated towards internal and external education

● Assist with the design and delivery of products and other technical demonstrations and training

You’ll have:
● Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation (preferably Selenium with Java) and good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem

● 2+ years of DevOps Experience and a strong understanding of the CI/CD pipelines

● Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, SOQL, Javascript etc.)

● Experience in testing of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Databases

● Familiarity with Version Control Systems and their usage (Git, SVN, TFS, etc.)

● Experience working with various DevOps tools and solutions (such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, etc.)

● Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and/or application Testing with proven experience of designing automated test scenarios for complex Salesforce projects

● Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting expertise

● Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required

● Customer-facing experience

You’ll be:
● Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and execution.

● Ability to write detailed and effective test scripts.

● Familiarity with defect management tools and processes.

● Strong communication skills including written, analytical, presentation and verbal with the ability to effectively develop materials that are appropriate to the audience and evangelize key concepts and best practices

● Ability to multitask as you will be expected to work on multiple engagements/initiatives simultaneously

Note- You will be required to work in night shift starting from 8pm to 5am. No cab facility will be provided.
