Job Description-
We are looking for full-time Liferay Developers to develop and customize in Liferay, working with the back-end and front-end, developing applications, and delivering on projects.
The developers will be responsible for development of enterprise applications utilizing Liferay Portal Platform and extending it further through custom development, customizations and integration with 3rd party systems leading to ‘whole solution’ that solves customer problems.
The role requires assisting in the systems architecture analysis & design of Liferay's portal software systems.
You will be further trained and certified in advanced aspects of Liferay by leading Liferay trainers in the country.
Essentials-
1. 4-5 years of hands on analysis and programming experience, out of which at-least 1-2 years’ experience in development of enterprise applications utilizing Liferay DXP 7.x
2. Proficiency in developing Web based applications using Java and J2EE Technologies utilizing Liferay Portal Platform.
3. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
4. Strong expertise to develop new functionalities / applications using Liferay Technologies such as:
i. OSGi – bundles, components, microservices,
ii. Liferay plug-in portlet development
iii. Liferay Ext- portlet development
iv. Liferay Themes and Layouts Development
v. Velocity markup language.
5. Strong fundamental foundation and experience in following:
i. OSGi, Microservices
ii. MVC, HTML 5/CSS3, Jquery, JSP, JSR 168/286, Javascript.
iii. XML, Web Services-SOAP, REST and OOAD patterns.
iv. Struts, Spring, Hibernate
6. The candidate must demonstrate good User Experience design skills. The applicant should have experience in hands on development of Web 2.0 solutions, mashups, utilizing JavaScript toolkits (e.g. JQuery, Angular, NodeJS, ReactJSVue, AJAX etc.)
7. Experience of working within an agile software development lifecycle with testing, continuous integration and deployment (Git, Maven, Jira, Gradle, Jenkins, etc.)
